Antique Old Early California Impressionist Landscape Oil Painting, Redwoods
This is a lovely and finely rendered Antique Old Early California Impressionist Landscape Oil Painting on canvas, depicting the Redwood Forest in Northern California. This painting approximately dates to the 1910's - 1920's and is apparently unsigned.
Perhaps you recognize the artist or their work? This piece is housed in a beautiful gold washed gilded frame and is approximately 11 x 16 3/4 inches including frame. Actual artwork is approximately 8 x 14 inches. Good condition for 100 years of age, with a few small pinhole tears to the canvas, and light craquelure in some spots please see photos. This work is loose in its frame and will require a few nails to securely mount it in place.
