Antique California Plein Air Impressionist Desert Landscape Oil Painting, WOW

This is a gorgeous and delightful early Antique California Plein Air Impressionist Desert Landscape Oil Painting on canvas, depicting an expansive desert landscape in luxuriant soft blue tones throughout. In the distance, a lone desert mesa can be seen in the distance.

It is possible that this is a scene in New Mexico, but I'm not sure. Delicately painted fluffy clouds, and intricate and impressionistic trees highlight and frame the scene.

This work is signed: "Z" in the lower right corner. Perhaps you recognize the artist or their work? Approximately 21 5/8 x 25 5/8 inches including frame. Actual artwork is approximately 19 1/2 x 23 5/8 inches. This piece approximately dates to the 1950's - 1960's.

Good condition for age, light craquelure throughout, light edge wear to the original period frame, a few small pinhead sized specks of paint loss, and one small dimple to the lower right of the canvas.
